Nirdhar Foundation Pune
Founded in 2021 and officially registered in 2023, Nirdhar Foundation Pune derives its name from the Marathi word “Nirdhar,” which means “to take a vow.” We have taken a vow to uplift society by creating opportunities for educated but unemployed youth to earn with dignity. Our foundation focuses on providing skill development, employment support, and community welfare services. We believe that social change begins when education leads to empowerment and opportunity. Alongside job-oriented training, we also serve society through initiatives like healthcare assistance, environmental conservation, and educational support for underprivileged students. Through commitment and compassion, Nirdhar Foundation Pune aims to build a society where everyone gets equal chances to grow, live, and contribute meaningfully.

Future Plans
Planned Developments
Nirdhar Foundation Pune plans to expand its services by establishing an old age home, starting an affordable nursing college, and encouraging youth to pursue medical and paramedical careers. These steps aim to strengthen community care and create more skilled professionals.
Old Age Home
We plan to establish a fully equipped old age home for abandoned senior citizens.
Nursing College
We aim to start an affordable nursing college that provides quality education to students who cannot afford high tuition fees.
Encouraging Youth in Medical Fields
We will encourage more students to pursue careers in medical and paramedical fields by offering guidance, awareness programs, and financial support.
